Dr. Arthur Haley is originally from Vanceburg, Kentucky. He attended Morehead University, where he did his undergraduate course work. He received his Doctorate of Optometry in 1990 from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. While in college, he interned with Omni Eye Services in Memphis.

After 14 years of experience, Dr. Haley opened his solo practice, Family Eyecare in September of 2004. Dr. Haley has four daughters and has been married to his wife Patty since 1984. Dr. Haley is known for his professional services, his medical experience, and his friendly manner.
